There is a 15 card sideboard and you can have \u003c\/span\u003eno more than four of any individual card in the main deck and sideboard combined (with the exception of basic lands).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePauper EDH (PDH) is a budget-friendly 100-card format where your deck must consist of 99 common cards (or 98 with a background) and 1 uncommon creature as commander (it doesn't have to be legendary!).
