General

Playmantis specialises in a wide range of board games and Magic: The Gathering Singles. In the future, we aim to expand to other Trading Card Games (TCGs), such as Pokémon, Lorcana, One Piece, and more. We also stock accessories to enhance your gaming experience.
Currently, Playmantis operates online only. We have plans to potentially open a physical store in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Not at this stage. However, we plan to offer digital gift cards in various amounts.

To simplify our site, we currently do not grade our cards. Most cards are near mint, but some may have minor border wear. We guarantee you won’t receive cards that are bent, torn, or creased. If you aren't happy with the quality of the cards you receive, you can reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

We are gradually adding cards to our catalogue. New sets are listed as they become available, and older sets will be added over time.
You can use our restock notifications feature, which is visible on every product page where the item is unavailable. All you have to do is fill in your details and we’ll email you when it’s back in stock.

Ordering & Shipping

Playmantis has a fixed shipping fee of $8.99 for Trading Card Game (TCG) singles. If you are purchasing Board Games or accessories, this shipping cost increases to $11.99.

We are a brand new store, so we aim to adjust these prices over time, as well as offer express posting in the future.

For any orders over $150, shipping is FREE.

Currently, Playmantis only ships within Australia.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 2-8 business days for most metro areas, and 7-14 business days for regional/remote areas. For more detailed information, please check out our shipping policy.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been processed or shipped.

We take great care in packaging your order, with TCG cards secured in sleeves and hard cases. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to the packaging and the items inside. We will work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Yes, we offer pre-orders for upcoming board games and TCG releases. For details on how pre-orders work, please check our pre-order policy.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We ship all our orders through Australia Post. For more information, please check out our shipping policy page.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Selling Cards — Coming Soon

Unfortunately, we don't offer the ability to buy your cards right now. However, we plan to launch this in the future.
