Condition Requirements

We strictly accept only Near Mint cards at this stage. Any cards graded below Near Mint will be rejected and sent back to you. Costs may apply. See our Playmantis Buylist Terms and Conditions for more details.

Preparation & Sorting

Cards must be submitted unsleeved and sorted as they appear on this page before submitting. Please note: this order is different from when you were adding cards to your cart. The correct order will also be found on your automated confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please let us know and be sure to include your buylist ID number. Unsorted or sleeved submissions over 20 cards will incur a 10% processing fee.

Processing & Validity

Allow up to 5 business days for staff to grade and process your drop-off. We reserve the right to reject any card for any reason. Any deck boxes, containers, or packaging left with your drop-off will not be returned.

Payout Method

All trade-ins are processed exclusively for Playmantis Store Credit. Final payouts will be rounded to the nearest dollar and emailed directly. Please note: Store Credit can only be used to purchase other Magic: The Gathering singles.

The 20% Auto-Accept Margin

If condition downgrades or rejections result in less than a 20% reduction of the total estimate submitted on this form, the revised payout will be automatically accepted and processed.

Rejections & Abandoned Property

If the value drops by 20% or more, we will contact you. Rejected returns may incur a flat processing fee deducted from accepted cards. Cards with unpaid invoices for over 30 days are considered abandoned property.

Refusal

Playmantis may refuse any offer made to us. Playmantis may limit the number of cards submitted as well as refuse a sale at any time, for any reason.

Price changes

Buylist prices and quantities in demand are subject to change at any time, for any reason.
