Playmantis Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Section 1: Gift Card Value

• Locked-In Value: Once your Playmantis Gift Card is activated, the value is final.
• Non-Reloadable: The value of a gift card cannot be increased or topped up after purchase.
• Balance Checks: Want to see your remaining balance? The link in your original email will take you to the Gift Card page and allow you to see your remaining balance.

Section 2: Expiry

• The Timer: All gift cards expire exactly three (3) years from the date of activation.
• Hard Cut-off: Gift cards will not be honoured or accepted past their expiry date.
• Expired Cards: If your card has reached its end-of-life and you still have questions, please reach out to our support team.

Section 3: Using Your Card

• Partial Spending: You don’t need to spend the entire amount at once. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use until the expiry date.
• Stacking Discounts: Feel free to use discount codes when purchasing items with your Playmantis Gift Card.
  • Exclusions: Discount codes cannot be used to purchase a new Gift Card.

• Playmantis reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at our discretion to ensure fairness for both the player and the house.

Note: Treat your Gift Card code like a legendary item—keep it secure! Playmantis is not responsible for lost or stolen codes.
